Message for the Editor and for Mr. Todd. I am the Adjutant of the Arizona Division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. I am requesting permission to reprint Mr. Todd’s article about Confederate veteran “Doc” Manning in our Division newsletter, “The Rebel Yell” and in the Confederate Secret Service Camp 1710 newsletter, “The Vidette”. Of course, proper credit and attribution will be given. The “Rebel Yell” is published quarterly and the next issue will go to press in the Fall. “The Vidette” is a monthly publication and the July issue is currently being prepared.
